Future Leadership –where are we heading?
We speak so easily these days of systems — systems thinking, change, connectivity, networks. In my experience we don’t yet know how to act or think about this new interconnected world of systems which are predicted to „hit“ us even harder with the fourth industrial revolution.

Yet we have learned to think and manage a world of separations and clear boundaries: boxes described jobs, lines charted relationships and accountabilities.

Conscious leadership is a future that works for all by putting people first, empowering them and constantly reminding ourselves that all of these new technologies are first and foremost tools made by people for people.
